Hi - I ordered two samples on the internet from both of these companies - which was supposed to be sent to me and all I had to pay was £3 each of p&p. A couple of weeks later £63 and £62 disappeared from my bank account without my knowledge and approval! How do I try to get my money back from these scammers???
