fast again popped up while I was online and made a pressured appeal to provide a program that would solve all my computer problems immediately. I questioned their possible efficacy and was assured that all would work and they would be there for me, but it caused me greater problems. They have not been there for me and the promised contacts to help have never been made. AT &T also recognized it as a problem. HP Smart had to remove it immediately and advised me of its likely scam nature. I want my money refunded on my credit card.
