The company sells electronics, and I had bought a imac for $699 from them and had to send the money via wire transfer. I know this is dumb, but there were no negative ratings for the website yet, and webutation said that it was 80% safe. I went ahead and did it, and once the money went through, I did not hear back from the seller, Sonny Febrianto . The customer service number is permanently off now, and none of my emails have been returned.

- I would like the company to send the item that I bought. If they cannot do this, then I would like a full refund, plus the $35 dollar charge for international wire transfer. I formal apology from this business would be greatly appreciated as well, but a refund or the shipment of my order is non-negotiable.
