I would like to make people aware especially women of this person who is the owner of the above Garage. They were recommended to me as being specialist in diagnostics from The gear box Garage on Shelly Road Boscombe & I was assured and guarenteed 100% that they would be the people to fix my car problem?. I have 4 fault codes on my car recorded by Toyota. The Toyota garage had been decent enough to tell me that they could not find the exact problem & would not be able to guarentee their wk and therefore charged me a minimum amount as they were unable to fix the problem which I felt was fair enough. However my Car was taken to First Stop Mot Garage on Thursday 04/12 by the RAC as I was unable to drive it safetly. I didnt hear anything from First stop until I made contact with them the following Monday. Mr Andy Goran advised me that he had apparently worked on the problem for 4 hrs and said he could not guarantee he had fixed the problem. He charged me 223.80 and returned my vehicle. Firstly I immediateley realized that the unlock function on the fob key didnt work anymore, only the lock function and the key was fully charged as confirmed by the locksmith who had recently put in a new battery. Then, invoice I received did'nt show any of the itinerary that had been done to the care it just stated 'diagnostic check'. The codes had already been supplied by Toyota to the first stop garage. Literally the next day driving my vehicle home from work the Malfunction light appeared again and the car cut out so I had to pull off the road baring in mind it was 6pm on Christchurch road with loads of buses and poor visibility due to the rain..this problem occurred twice. I was fuming as even though Mr Goran had not guarenteed the vehicle I would have expected a bit more of a longer term result after he had said he worked on the vehicle for 4 hours??..I called and spoke to Mr Goran and told him how unhappy I was as the vehicle had exactley the same problem as it went in with. He was most obnoxious and unhelpful on the phone he didnt even suggest during our conversation to bring the car back in to the garage which alerted me to the fact that he already knew that he could not repair the vehicle even on a temporary measure?!!..he also told my husband after he called the garage that the vehicle needed a new ECU unit. My question is why had he then charged me 200 pounds when he had done nothing to even temporarily fix the problem? I demanded a refund or some of my money back as he had done nothing more than the Toyota garage but, instead had charged me 200 pounds for the same priviledge as telling me that he could not repair it. He also lied and said he would talk to the boss to see if he could work something out to get me some of my money back and that he would get back to me..I soon realised that this was also another Smoke Screen by 'Andy Goran' when I found out later from his collegues that he WAS the boss!!. He also said he would forward to my Email address a list of things he had supposedly done to repair my vehicle, which I have not received and doubt whether I will?. I have tried several times on Saturday morning to contact him and have been constantly fobbed off by team members saying he would call me back and still has not returned any of my calls. He is not a decent or honest business man from my opinion and I warn anyone from using this garage because they have proven to me that they have a very poor & disgraceful business practice they are nothing more than rogue traders and rip off merchants, which is quite obvious to me now with the way he has avoided my calls?!. I will continue to call Andy Goran until I get some if not all of my money returned. My MR2 is now sitting on my driveway and is worse now than before as I cannot even drive it.
