Order free trial for £4.95, got another pack sent through - cancelled via email and got no response. Just opened credit card yesterday and found they have deducted £75 and £37.50 from my credit card twice on 6th Sept and then again on 22nd Sept. have contacted them again today via email and called credit card company up also
