At&T 800 Customer Service

On Thursday, August 26 I contacted the 800 number and informed tthem that excessive speed was being used by their repair trucks and vans on Donald Avenue, Riverside, CA 92503. Their vehicles leave the customer service yard located on Magnolia Avenue and make a right hand turn onto Donald Avenue. When they drive over the two speed bumps at a high speed tools and equipment fall off these vehicles and fall onto the street. These vehicles have also luckily missed animals and children on this street. I was told by the 800 customer service number that a field service manager, Dennis, would be contacting me by phone by close of business day on August 26 and no later than Monday the 29. To date their vehicles continue traveling down the street, beginning at 7am and continuing throughout the day. I have not been contacted and no remedy insight. I consider this an insult.
