I went to Offenders.com website yo get information about inmate calls they were connected eo their site.I click on the site and they avertised minutes for inmates calls to your home for a low monthly fee of $15.00 a month. They said inmates will be able to call home at anytime toll-free for service fee of $20.00 and process fee of $14.95 which come to 34.95. that was not true because my son was not able to use the number they gave me to give him.I called to tell them and they said had to use another number so they gave me a new number and that didnt work either. the problem was they was not connected to global tel link phone service. I ask before I purchase the plan was they assoicated with Global Tel Link the representative said yes which was a lye. called Global Tel Link to give them the toll free number Prison Call Soultion gave me and they stated that their not connected to that company, let them know i wanted a refund credited back on my card they didnt want to refund mt money they mislead me into purchaseing a month worth of minutes for nothing.I want my money back they are a scam...
