My story is the same as Nurillo Khudoynazarov's, with the exception of the dates it's exactly the same to a point! With the addition of failing to reolize the cancellation date had passed I was shipped another order and charged another $78.41.
I ordered the Trial packet of Knockout White teeth whitening system on the computer, (I'm trying to figure out exactly where) on/or about Aug 26, 2012. My bank acc. was debited $1.03 and $3.87 on Aug 27th, which was correct. I received it on the 31st. I was not charged the $78.41 until Sept 7, 2012. I was very ill at the time and thought I had 30 days to cancel, which is the normal time given by most companies to receive and try the product. When I called Knockout Customer Service, I spoke to Ashley and she said they would not refund the $78.41 because I had not cancelled it. Since that time I received another package from them, not mentioned by Ashley! I called again when I received it and was told they would refund the second $78.41 less about $5 shipping. She gave a an RA# and that package was returned today with a confirmation. When I asked why I couldn't just return the 1st "Complete Program" packekt with it she said I hadn't cancelled on time. Proceedure, yes, but right, no! So I fully expect that amount to be refunded and will be looking for it.
My problem with them is 2 things. First, the 10 day cancellation time is way too short. Considering the time it takes to receive the product and you get time to try it, no way you can do it in 10 days, especially if you don't live in a major city. Although this is sneaky business it's probably not illegal and my neglegance cause the problem. BUT
Secondly, and most importantly,I did not order the 2nd packet which was included with the Trial packet. This was how I incurred the $78.41 charge to begin with and it was sent without my permission or knowledge. This has to be against the law, as well as being unethical/immoral. I called my bank, Capitol City Bank and they said there was nothing they could.

    Finally I resolved my issues I got all my money back $19.41 but I lost about $6 in postage sending the stupid kit back.I put in a disputed transaction with my bank.I sent the bank all the emails between me and Knockoutwhite.That was how I got my money back.
    This company is shady.Please write to BBB and the Attorney;s office.They need to be exposed.

  • Good for you June!! My bank wouldn't touch it!! Unless someone associated with the website, the Florida Attorney General (By the way when you file a claim here, it automatically sends the AG in your state a copy) or BBB does something I think it's just a lost $78. The sad thing is it makes me not want to order anything on this computer!!

    sorry to hear about your outcome!the good thing is that I had all my emails to them and also their responses,and I sent all that as proof to my bank

    Just make sure you call the company and ask about their policies or print them out BEFORE you order anything online.
    This Knockout White company is a bad company.Their employees are rude and unprofessional
    They are in it to scam you.I only have the terms and conditions sent to me AFTER i ordered the Trial Size.I will NEVER deal with this company again

  • I am in the UK. I have fell "victim" to "KnockoutWhite". when i ordered their Free Trial, I noticedBlizzard that after I placed my order, a "Sreen" flashed up. It was for under a second! but I saw some $$$ mentioned? I phoned my Credit Card and cancelled my card. I Emailed Knockoutwhite (and BlizzardWhite, I ordered off them too!)and cancelled my order. Their replies are so demanding in the return of the "Complete Program packages". Which I did NOT order!

    My reply:
    "If you have sent an extraproduct, i.e. a " Complete Program portion"
    in the shipment, that is your problem as I did not order it. I will
    not pay to return this extra item (Complete Program packages)."

    portion" in the shipment, that is yourproblem as I did not order it. I
    will not pay to return this extra item.If you want it back, send me the
    postage. As to your "Returns Policy", 72hours to process a return?
    Also I will not receive my order in time, toreturn it to you, to meet
    your deadline of BEFORE 12 March 2013. But Ithink you know that?My
    Credit Card provider is aware of knockoutwhite "activities" and of
    suchother "Companies" providing teeth whitening products.The result of
    me ordering a product from Knockoutwhite?1. Grief, hassle and
    concern.2. Having to spend 20 mins on the phone with my Credit Card
    provider's FraudDepartment.3. Having to delete all the SPAM I am now
    getting from companies in the USA.Blizzard White & Knockoutwhite is
    nothing more than a SCAM to extract moneythrough their "Smoke &
    Mirrors" advertising and Web Site'This Email and your reply is copied
    to my Credit Card provider

    I am in England (UK) and am making a complaint to "our" TSO and OFT. I
    will also lodge a complaint with "your" (USA) BBB.

    Any continued demands for the return of the "Complete Program packages"
    OR any demand for payment for this package, will be deemed as
    "Harassment".

    PLEASE NOTE;

    This Email and ALL correspondence, with your company, is recorded and
    will be used in my reporting of Knockout White to the above mentioned
    Enforcement Agency's (UK and USA). I will also provide such
    correspondence to my Solicitor (Legal Adviser) should it be required.

  • Hi Paul, I am also based in England and found these scammers and BellaAtHome via a link on Facebook. I ordered these 'free trial' products on the 1st of May and cancelled the accounts within hours after reading all of the negative feedback/complaints. It states in the terms and conditions/refund policy that if you may still be shipped out and charged for products even if you cancel if you do not take 'affirmative action' but I am wondering what they mean by affirmative action? I was also going to cancel my cards with my bank but I have read on here that someone else tried that but they still managed to take a payment from her new card account details a month or so later. I have sent the 'companies' an email regarding this affirmative action and I'm hoping I don't get stung being as though I have cancelled straight away and I will be returning it the day I receive it if that is the case but I was just wondering what chance you think I'd stand as you sound like you know what you're talking about regarding this?!

    How did your situation work out in the end?
