I place my order on 9/12/2012. It has never come in. I called their customer service number 1-866-639-6485 about 100 times. Nobody ever answers the phone. I emailed them [email protected] and they only responded back to me twice telling my order was on backorder. But when I placed my order everything was in stock. I tried to cancel my order several time and the web page tells me that option is no longer available. Your order has been ship or is in processing. Its been saying the same thing for the last three weeks.
