Received letter from West Bay Acquisitions,LLC regarding late fees from Hollywood video on 01/25/2009, 11/26/2009, and 1/15/2010. That's a span of exactly one year. How could I have rented additional movies as late as 11 and 12 months later when I had late fees from 01/25/2009? As you may know, you had to pay any late prior to renting additional movies. Lastly, how could I ever know if these fees are valid 3 years later?
