Hi my name is Steve i signed up with train 4 trade in 2011, late last week i got writed confirmation that my contract had been cancelled ...yip pee however they are refusing to refund the money i have already paid. I had not started the course so asked how they justifiy keeping my money ?there reply admin cost.
The cancellation was quite straight foward i simply told them that i was induced into the contract by verbal misreprsentation 1967 act..there reply was "WITH REFERENCE TO YOUR LETTER REGARDING THE ABOVE COURSE AGREEMENT.
WE HAVE AGREED ON A GOODWILL BASIS TO PROCESS A CANCELLATION OF YOUR COURSE FROM THE DATE OF THIS LETTER,WHICH WILL ONLY INCLUDE THE REDEMPTION OF THE BALANCE OF THE SUMS DUE TO YOUR CREDIT PROVIDER.
WE ALSO CONFIRM THAT THE AMOUNT EQUIVALENT TO THE OUTSTANDING BALANCE WITH YOUR CREDIT PROVIDER HAS BEEN RETURNED TO THEM, EFFECTIVELY CLOSING YOUR ACCOUNT WITH THEM.
