Contact EEOC about WAGE DISCRIMINATION ON THE 2 COMPANIES LISTED. No response. File a complaint with Pa State Attorney. I get request for prosecuting the 2 companies. I Reply clearly. EEOC seeks more clarification. I reply. Then they want certainty. I wrote to Harrisburg, Pa about a stall run around with Philadelphia's EEOC Office. They say They wrote to EEOC there and demand them to get back to me. They didn't. I wrote back to Harrisburg about this, they did not get back to me. I wrote to Inspector General about abuse (Humiliating me from EEOC 2 offices), Fraud allowing kick back scams between 2 EEOC offices and Disney / Warner Bros. Waste - Waste of My time since I started this process back in May Writing to the Governor of NJ Office on May1,2012. May 29, 2012 letter mailed to me post mark July n29,2012. Received on August 29, 2012. The letter stated NJ Ocean County Prosecutor's Office has it and handling the matter and up to Oct 11, 2012 no action was taken by this office. I file a complaint with EEOC in Philadelphia that covers Ocean County NJ where I live on September 1, 2012 and waiting a decision to prosecute as stated or not to prosecute. They are require to state prosecution of these 2 companies since they brought it up and not to wait another 6 months. Inspector General EEOC Office refuse to handle this by my assumption that they refuse to get back to me.
