You know, it's funny when you want a company's services. At first, there's so many fancy numbers to call, so many representatives calling you EVERY single day. Then when they finally get your money (unauthorized, by the way) there is no way to get in touch with them, and they're nowhere to be found.
If you aren't familiar with the process of obtaining health insurance, let me tell you- there is a lengthy application to fill out. Respresentatives will call you every single day until you complete it. Then you have to set up a withdrawal through your bank, which I did with my bank and Coventry. I applied for medical and dental insurance which was said amount- $118.00.
This is the email I got back-

I replied on that day back asking why I was getting charged more and she said I had to get in touch with underwriters, email or fax them because of HIPAA or whatever, sounded like a very lengthy process that I REALLY didn't want to go through. She told me to email her back, I never did. Common sense would tell her that I did not want the insurance. Soo the last communication I had with this company was September 18th. Imagine my shock on October 5th that I notice $188.82 was taken from my bank account by Coventry. I emailed the lady back and this is what she sent-

Dear -,
I am not sure why you would have been charged as the normal process is that nothing happens unless you had been approved exactly as applied for. I do apologize for this. I am afraid that there is not much I can do on my end in the Sales Office as this is the first I have heard of someone being charged without first accepting their offer. You will have to contact the billing department directly at 877-849-9690 to discuss the matter and emphasize that you had never accepted the offer. They can also help you terminate the policy and get you a refund.

Once again, I apologize for the error and please let me know if there is anything else that I can do.

Sincerely,
-

I have been calling and emailing them for about a week now with no response. I am going to the BBB now. Please do not apply nor accept Coventry health insurance!!!
