I applied for a payday loan online. After the application process, I was asked to make a payment upfront before I receive the loan. After that I refuse to pay a payment upfront because the propose for getting a loan was because I DID NOT HAVE any money. On October 10, 2012, this company deducted 30.00 from my account causing my account to go into overdraft which there was a fee for ISF of 29.00 and 5.00 overdraft protection fee totaling 64.00. I spoke with a lady named Amanda code number 339, she stated that there was an application fee of 30.00 is the reason why I was charged this amount. In the application it DID NOT state there was an application fee, if it had I would not have applied for it in the first place.
