Checked my account this morning to find I was charged $29.95 but a company called moneyleaf. Have NO IDEA who this is, they said I applied for a loan whuch I did NOT do. They somehow got my account number and are taking money as they please! I called and they said I authorized them to do so, and they cant refund my money for 5-7business days!!! and the over draft (which was their fault) will not be refunded that they could send me a email with a overdraft letter to give to my banl to "try" and get them to take it off. the guy was VERY rude and talked to me like I was stupid. I asked to speak to a SUPERVISOR and she said that they can NOT give me a refund any sooner, which I replied I think if you have the ability to take it you can refund me. You obviously have my account info. This is obviously a huge scam and if anyone has any idea how we can report this let me know! I see there are 100's of people that has had the same exact thing happen to them
