i was told slim tone was a trial pack and i would only need to pay the postage but they wernt only satisfied with sending me 1 lot they sent me another with out me telling them to and even took the money out of my bank witch then put my account over the over draft and i ave to pay 50 pounds for that as well. i phoned up n cancelled the slim tone but im still getting emails asking me if i want them . the 2nd time i was charged for them was 20 sep and even got charge for them and it cost me 10 pounds to send the 2nd lot back to them

was method of posting did you use to send them back?
I'm in the middle of the return/refund part of it. REally not ahppy with them as a company. They did offer me half my money back , which i suppose is better than nothing, however it was a 'free trail' that i will have paid £56 all together! joke !
If you could let me know how you sent them back would be greatfull, as i only have untill the 27th to get them back!!

- hiya i sent it back by royal mail tracking systom . i also went to my bank and got a full refund today after i explained it all to them

- you need to put ur email address n name on a piece of paper with ur ref number for slim tone then address it to box111 shannon county clare ireland GB it cost me nearly 10 pounds for postage
