I like others was viewing online pay day loan companies, when I came across Palm Loan Advances I did not agree to any of their policies so I did not give them permission to withdrawal any funds from my account, not only did they withdraw money once but they did it twice,for a total of $60.00, and by doing so I was charged by my bank a IFC. I tried to call numerous times only to be put on hold and then told they were having high call volume and to call back. With all the complaints this company has against it something needs to be done to shut it down.

- I filed a complaint earlier this morning. I never had an account with this company either and was charged twice. I called until I got through to someone, but believe me it will not do you any good. I talked to 3 different foreign people with american names to continue to be less than forthcoming about the situation. They maintain their address for the company is the South Jones Road in Las Vegas, but it is not and never has been. Their call center is overseas and they will not disclose their address. I filed a complaint with the BBB and the FTC, but I am going to file another complaint with the FTC for overseas complaints. I want to see this company shut down. Furthermore, they need to be forced to return all this money from whom they took it from originally. How can they just do this so many times and still able to get away with it?
