Having checked my account at the beginning of October, I find a charge for $19.95...Called the company and asked what this is for. Representative told me that I have been signed up since June 30th...She said the was a 2 week trial..I asked who I signed up with...what company. She could not answer me...I requested that I want the $19.95 refunded to my account. She said I could not have the other months refunded. I want everything refunded as I did not authorize this. I dont know who these people are. As of today 10/11 I have not received any refund..She said it would take 5-7 days. This was on 10/1...I want my entire $79 back.
