International boundaries

8 May 2012 ordered on EBAY 11 items of scrapbook papers. Website advsd postage could take over a month.
17 June I sent email - why taking so long? They replied papers were sent.
26 june I advised by email - nothing received yet, over 7 weeks now.
5 July I sent email asking them to reply.
7 July they replied - papers shipped AGAIN.
8 August I advised, still nothing - can't believe 2 lots gone missing in mail!
22 August I sent another email, no reply since.
13 Sept, I complained to EBAY, they arranged exchange of contacts details & asked them to repond to me, No response.
This week have sent another email to them via EBAY and direct to their web [email protected], no response from either.

  • Seeking Resolution: Other
  • I would prefer that they send what I ordered, failing that a refund.
