I purchased a clicksure product and the software did not work, I requested a refund 10-6-12 and I was sent an email stating that I will not be charged/refunded until the 7th day. I should not have been charged in the first place since I requested a refund the same day I purchased the download software. I was told on the purchase page the on my back statement I would see a charge named "clicksure" well it was not clicksure it is "guangzhou" whatever the hell this I want my REFUNDED!!!
