I purchased some archery broadheads from ebay. I paid for them on the 12 Jul 2012 Unique Transaction ID 1WN538114V950454U for $59.49 AUD. On the 13th July 2012 the emailed me saying they recieved money and they had posted my items.
On the 26 Sep 2012 they emailed me saying they never received payment. I contacted PayPal and they checked the money had cleared and was in there account. Now i just want a refund and they just ignore all my messages. I have the emails they have sent me saying they have sent my item. Please help me
