I rec'd a call today from a Ronnie Cooper claiming to be an attorney (with an indian accent) stated there was a lawsuit filed agaianst me for bank fraud, check fraud they montiored me online, I was supposedly given a cash advance from Cash Advance America, would not give me a dollar amount and when they tried to take the payment out of my checking account it was declined and when I said I never rec'd any money he stated that they would have the sheriff at my work in the morning to arrest me and hung up on me. I never rec'd any money in my bank account nor was any payments tried to be taken out. RS
