One day I recieved a phone call from a man named John Ryan. I don't even know how he got my name or phone number. He said I heard you want to make extra money online. Then he started explaining that the business was going to be doing Merchant Services. I had never heard about it & it sounded OK because he said he will be helping me by getting me the leads to do the work. That same day I made an awful mistake & gave him 4 of my credit cards #'s & he charged $10,000 on them in total. He sounded so believable that I never thought anything of it. Then we it really hit me that I paid him $10,000 to invest in my business, I wanted to cancel & get a full refund back. He refused & I called all my credit card companies & filed disputes on all the charges. I definitely believe this is a SCAM since he will not refund my money. What kind of business would you have to invest $10,000 into? That is just insane. So at present I have my credit card companies & my lawyer working to get me a refund. I pray I get it, because I will never be able to pay back $10,000 on the money I receive from Social Security. My business never got off the ground & I never received anything from them to do my business, so in the contract it said all marketing fees & charges are non-refundable, once marketing has been initiated. I did not do any marketing for them, so I should receive my refund, unless they skipped town, which I really pray they didn't.
