I subscribe to a service offered by ewi called elliott wave junctures on 7/7/12.On the their webpage "elliottwave.com/products/ewj" describing the service and what you would receive with your paid subscription to ewj . Enroll in elliott wave junctures and you get: 3 free trading resources which are three videos and 3-5 lessons each week.the webpage goes on to say and i quote"and you can watch each lesson as many times as you want and learn at your own pace." When i tried to cancel a week before the end of my 3 month subscription as customer rep name erin hatfield said i couldnt cancel uintil jan 7, 2013 another 3 month subscription and ewi charged my credit card $147 on 10/8. i called customer service and got a different rep and they said ewi policy is that you can cancel anytime. i then told ewi that they were guilty of unauthorized use of my credit card and i threatened them that i would call the bank . then they quickly emailed me that that had gone ahead and refunded the $147 on my credit card. then the next thing i checked was my access to the 3 free videos i got upon my original paid subscription to ewj on 8/7 for $117 and found my access blocked and my access to the ewj lessons i paid for and the ewj webpage said i could watch as many times as i wanted and learn at my own pace was also blocked . i called ewi customer support and they told me my access to to the videos and lessons was blocked when i canceled my subscription to ewj. no where on their website does it say that access to the videos and paid ewj lessons would be blocked when you canceled and elected not to renew. al i want is what i paid for access to the 3 free videos and the ewj lessons during the duration of my 3 month ewj subscription or a refund of my 3 month paid subscription from 7/7/12 to 10/7/12. free is a tacit agreement that these 3 videos are mine to keep. and to be able watch as many times as i want is a tacit agreement that as many times as i want to learn at my own pace doesnt mean until i cancel my subscription. if it did then why didnt they put that on the ewj's subscription web page. that is my question to them.
