I applied for several payday loans and was rejected by them all! I then got a $200 deposit from Hydro Fund, unaware of who they even are, I never agreed to any terms, or have yet to see a contract. They have withdrawn from my checking account, causing me to be overdrawn, and now in the process of closing my personal bank account! As of yesterday I've now had two calls of threat by a "state server" to come to my home or my place of employment to serve me for court charging me with fraud, and closing with "good luck". Really...this is the first and only type of contact Hydra Fund has given me, no warning, no trying to allow me to make good on the "loan", just we'll see you in court.."good luck". FINE..I'll see you in court Inappropriate Content Removed)!

- I would like for Hydra Fund to dismiss this fake contract that I've never signed or even seen, let alone have never even heard of this company for that matter, leave me alone, and keep their hands off my bank account they did'nt have permission to touch! I would also like to see a copy of this so called agreement that I've already requested that has yet to appear!

Abomination, I got $200 from them, now they took out $900 from me, scamed!!! Beware they have your information they will take out money little by little every now and then! They have sent me death threats :(
