I order 2x sample pots on 11th september, I haven't received them & liso & vitalyzo also clear skin have taken money & charged me 3.05 pounds each plus 1pound shipping costs. I have now noticed they have again taken 63.26 pounds plus 1 shipping fee on 5th October I phoned them today and asked to speak with a manager but wasn't put through to one. I have asked for a refund.has anyone else has this problem ? What can I do to get my money back?115.835 dollars in total
