Hello everyone! I'm sorry if you've lost some money. But don't give up! I purchased a Diesel shoes on diesel-store.org (!!! how stupid am I) on 22nd June. The payment went through fashionpay.com and immediately after it was confirmed i realised that it's a scam. I called my bank and asked them to block my credit card and made a complain. Filled up a credit card dispute form. Attached screenshots of the website, confirmation of my payment. They also asked me to contact fashion pay myself and try to get refund. I've sent them few emails on English & Chinese (Thanks google translate) and got a reply(!!!) - one of the emails said that they asked the merchant to give me refund and the second email few days later that it was too late my package was shipped. In 2 weeks received a small and soft package (obviously not my Diesel shoes) I didn't accept it but took few pics of it before. Few days later the same package was delivered to my work address (I hate local post office) so I had to send it back. Screenshots of emails and photos of shipment also were sent to my bank. They told me it will take 60 day to solve my case. They contacted bank in Hong Kong and few days back I got all my money back!
