Running deceptive ads and not honoring them. Didn't take the add off of the website even after problems with the add were brought to their attention. Was told they would honor the price that was shown in the add and I would get a call back. After no call back I called a second time. No call. I submitted a complaint to customer service on the website...again no call. I called again and after arguing with the rep who answered the call was told the Manager was busy now. I'll hold. She might be on the phone an hour..I'll hold. She came to the phone within five minutes and said they wouldn't honor the ad even though they know is deceptive in how it is written. Deceptive advertising!!!

  • Admit the add was deceptive and should have been pulled when brought to their attention. You can't just tell customers we know that's how it looks but it's not what we meant. And review their tapes of the phone calls they received on the matter. I was promised the add would be honored then no one called me back and when I tried and tried again...got someone who now told me we can't do anything for you. Apparently isn't looking for satisfied customers. I'd like to hear from someone in upper management about the issue. I should have been offered something to make up for the mistake they made and customer service could care less.

  • I also was told they were really busy and that is why I hadn't had a call back to which I replied,"Of course you're busy...youre running a deceptive ad!!!" After bringing this to their attention they still left the ad on the website and I found it still running this morning. No one ever did anything to change the wording to avoid the confusion. I believe they did this on purpose to get people shopping on their site. If they didn't they should at least have offered something to make up for the deception in the ad. I'm sure consumers would have been happy to play "Lets make a deal" to make them happy. No attempt was made. It was like who cares. You are only one person and we have plenty of customers. Maybe not anymore.
