The company contacted me via Careerbuilder.com with a job opportunity as a forward shipping contractor. After about 2 weeks of work (part of a 4 week trial period) I realized I was doing more work then originally promised. I began to question my compensation and the overall position. After writing my "supervisor" (Lisa Sahagian) about my compensation, I was given a very unprofessional response. Then I began to question the job and company in general. After a number of emails were exchanged (and after doing some research), I learned that the company scams their "employees" (via multiple business scam sites). Now they are claiming I am trying to blackmail them and commit mail fraud. After everything they put me through, now they are trying to set me up with these charges. I was taken advantage of by this fraudulent company and I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else ever again.

I am so sorry that this happened to you. I am the corporate secretary for a company named Myrna's Hot Shot & Air Freight Co. based in Elko, NV (exclusively). We have been fielding calls for the last two years regarding this other company that is using part of our company name. We have reported it to the Better Business Bureau as well as the Federal Trade Commission, whom believe that this fraudulent company is operating outside of the US and exclusively through the internet. I'd like to supply you with the contact info. for the Federal Trade Commission as they have asked our company to supply to all people calling us regarding this other company's fraudulent activity. That number is: 1-877-382-4357 and the reference # for the case is: 37757917. Hopefully, along with the help of this agency we can shut this fraudulent company down, get them arrested and perhaps even be compensated for our losses. Once again, I'm so sorry that this happened to you.
