I applied for a non payday loan online with another company and the next day hydra fund put in 200 into my account. I called them to try and speak with them but I never got an answer from anyone because I was on hold for a hour. I called my bank and had them place a stop payment on them because I paid them back the 200 plus some and now they are trying to take me to court for check fraud and violating a contract that I never even agreed to.

- terrible, I got $200 from them, now they took out $900 from me, scamed!!! Beware they have your information they will take out money little by little every now and then!!!!!!!

- Yeah they are talking about charging me with bank fraud and breach of contract. They are also harrassing my parents which I don't even live with and leaving personal info on their answering machine which is in violation of the privacy act.

- They sent me death threats, its an abomination. I closed my account then re opened a brand new account, and got a different card. But they know where I live!! Horripilation I am!

- i was told that I would be sued for fraud and breach of contract as well, they contacted family members I havent seen in years! They are offering to "Settle" out of court for 600... I am soo pissed! What are you doing to prevent being sued and going to court? I need some advice.

- death threats?! thats pretty serious! I closed my acct as soon as I called and told them I didn't approve the funds and was willing to send the entire thing back but they refused. I asked them for an address, they said they were in New Zealand and didnt have a physical address.

- I called an attorney and asked them if they could charge me with check fraud and breach of contract and they said that the are just using scare tactics. These people are violating a lot of laws such as the privacy act and rules by the Federal Trade Commision and if I can get a physical address I am prosecuting them. The do have an address on their web page in Encino, CA but I don't know it a ligit address

- thats interesting because the rep told me their address was in New Zealand which is why I couldnt send a one time payment to them. please keep up posted.

- I would contact the credit bureau and let them know what's going on to so the can put a fraud alert on ur account
