Of course Thrifty Dial recieved my bank information through a third party vendor! I asked the company to mail me proof that I gave them verification to pull money from my account. They did not. I spoke with several CS reps and they all informed me of a different time frame as to when I would recieve my refund. Last time I spoke with someone I was told no later than August 5th i would recieve my refund. Here we are on August 30th and no refund to be seen! I assumed I would not get my money back but have been putting up a fight. There is no way to contact anyone from this company at this point. How these people can wake up everyday and go to a job that steals money from families that work hard for their money baffles me!
