CA Secretary of State request payment of $218.00 for LLC registration. I resceived this request with all my business information included. " failure to comply with reguired filfing with the CA Secretary of State will cause the LLC to be assessed, penalties, fines and possible suspension"
I believe this is a scam! Therefore I have not submited payment.
