I ordered Hill ST Blues boxset from Skydvd which was susposed to take between 2-4wks. It didn't come and no emails to say there was a delay. I contacted them and they said between 3-6wks. It still didn't come and I sent last FThursday a email to say if it didn't come by Saturday I wanted a full refund. No response. It diodn't come. Sent another demanding a refund quoting you breached the contract and distance selling regulations. Got a message its just cleared customs and $18 in import taxes. Next message after I had a right go at them said taxes to pay. I said do you want me to contact the police. Reply its not a crime to have a delay in the postal service. As I had already requested a full refund and read your website detailing exactly the same emails and treatment I have got onto my credit card and they say they will try to get my money back, but I am diubtful as no one knows where these scammers are based. They took the payment in Oakville and only email after midnight. Suggests Usa or a Asian country.
