I noticed $30.00 withdrawn from my checking account and I called the phone number associated with that withdrawal. I wanted a refund of the money that I did not give permission to be taken in the first place. I was told it would be refunded within 10 business days and I still do not have the money. I was told now that I should have my refund by this Friday. They said they are having difficulty refunding the money. They certainly did not have any difficulty taking it out of my account.
