I am trying to cancel the month to month cellular plan I have purchased during my last visit to Israel. I have called the company multiple times. First time they convinced me to change the plan to a very basic one that will just keep the number registered, I agreed, but the next bill cycle they still charged me for the full cost of the previous plan. I called again and the promised to send me the forms to cancel the account, but they did not. I send emails to the addressed supplied on their web site. I have tried today to send another email but the form on their site is non-functional.
