i was using 3g sim (Personal Information Removed) for one month only,and as a coy rules i had cancelled 30 days noticed on 11/07/12.then after aug i have been using another sim giff gaff,and never used 3g sim again.first week september,3g took £26/.. from my account and i complain and talk about the cancellation.still today i got 3 bill of £42.74.
why like this? why they did not cancelled,and now without using why they are sending bills.
i follow the rules and cancelled calling 333 customer service,then i never used 3g sim and i will not pay the bills.
