I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF UHR RENTS FOR OVER 1 YEAR.I HAVE PAID OFF 2 ACCOUNTS AND HAD 2 OTHE ACCOUNTS. A 3 PIECE LIVING ROOM SET RA#00816495 AND A 73 INCH MITSUBISHI DLP TV RA# 00817079.I WAS CLOSE TO PAYING THEM OFF AND FEEL ON SOME HARD TIMES. I TRYED TO KEEP UP WITH THE PAYMENTS.THE MANAGER AND HIS PEOPLE WOULD COME TO MY HOUSE NOING MY FIANCE OR I WERE NOT HOME AND ONLY MY UNDER AGE DAUGHTER WAS HOME BANGING ON MY DOORS AND WINDOWS YELLING AND GETTING MY NEIGHBORS LOOKING AND SCARING MY DAUGHTER.THEY BROKE MY FRONT SCREEN DOOR ALSO. NOW THIS COMPANY HAS WHAT THEY CALL A LIFETIME REINSTATEMENT PROGRAM THAT THEY WILL PICK YOUR STUFF UP AND HOLD IT FOR 1 YEAR. THE STATEMENT READS WE UNDERSTAND THAT IN LIFE MANY SITUATIONS ARISE THAT MAY CAUSE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP. AT UHR RENTS WE WANT TO OFFER YOU OUR LIFE TIME REINSTATEMENT PROGRAM WHEN YOUR LIFE SITUATION SMOOTHES OUT BRING THIS CERTIFCATE INTO THE STORE AND YOU WILL BE ALLOWED ALLOWED TO PICK UP WHERE YOU LEFT OFF. GIVING YOU FULL CREDIT FOR EVERY DOLLAR YOU HAVE PAID.JUST PICK UP THE PHONE WHEN YOU ARE READY AND WE WILL COURTEOUSLY AND PROMPLY DELIVER YOUR PRODUCT BACK TO YOU.NO WHERE IN THS DOES IT STATE THAT I HAVE TO PAY BACK ANY OF THE BACK RENT.THE MANAGER CURTIS ASHBY JR PROMISED ME MY STUFF BACK. HE SAID TRUST ME AND HAE FAITH IN HIM. SO I DID AND ON SEPTEMBER 18 2012 I HAD THEM COME AND PICK UP THE STUFF. ON SEPTEMBER 20 2012 MY SON AND I WENT INTO THE STORE AND UPDATED MY RENTAL APPLICATION THEY RE VERIFIED MY INFO AND THE MANAGER CURTIS ASHBY JR RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY SON STATED THAT I WOULD HAVE MY STUFF BACK THAT DAY.THEY NEVER RETURNED MY STUFF AND HE IS IGNORING MY PHONE CALLS SO I CALLED THERE MAIN OFFICE AND THEY SAID I HAVE TO PAY THE BACK RENT BEFORE THEY WOULD GIVE ME MY STUFF BACK. NOW I HAVE CALLED OTHER RENT TO OWN COMPANYS AND THEY HAVE EVEN SAID THAT THAT IS NOT HOW THE LIFETIME REINSTATEMT PROGRAM WORKS. I HAVE PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR MY STUFF AND FOR THEM TO TREAT ME LIKE THAT IS WRONG. THE MANAGER STATED THAT I WAS A VALUED CUSTOMER.IF I AM A VALUED CUSTOMER I SHOULD HAVE NOT BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS.ALL I WANT IS MY STUFF BACK AND IN THE SAME CONDITOIN IT WAS IN WHEN THEY PICKED IT UP
