I youssef Radwan policy number:MOT4477263444 had a car accident on the 4/10/2011 which i was at fault The car is insured for $8700.00.NRMA had refused my claim on the 22/2/2012 the decision was made after i was interviewed by one of their investigator Stven Adams on the 3/01/2012.On the day of incident i was on my way home from chester hill where i was taking what i thought a short-cut and i got lost.While i was trying to find my way back to the main road i transgressed a give-way sign on the intersection of Robertson road and Trembath street in bass hill.NSW.and the other vehicle collided into the passenger side of my car.Also there's an event number from police E88608401.The driver of the other vehicle and i were taken to hospital by ambulance.I was dragged out of the car by people who lived in the area.Both cars assessed as write off.And after all this my claim was refused on the 22/2/2012 i was only given a hire car for two weeks and when they returned the car to me on the 29/3/2012 the car was fully damaged from the front.
I'm very dissapointed with the way they treat their customers and not satisfied with their decision.
