I am contacting you to resolve and report a fraudulent matter which my banks customer services have grossly failed to address.

I purchased 300 units of MP4 players from a company in China via Alibaba. I used my debit card to transfer the money to the company, I was told the most it will take, will be a week to receive my items via EMS,I needed them before then so ended up paying $63 instead of $46 for fast shipping (3-5 days) via DHL instead of EMS. The payment was made on the 17th of July 2012 and the parcel was dispatched on the 19th of July 2012. The total payment made was 841.08. I had still not received the item and the seller had since ceased all communication with me to resolve the matter. I have tried ringing the number that was supplied by the seller in my invoice and no one seemed to be available to attend the call, and she has been totally ignoring my emails now, when it came to making payment she would reply back to my emails several times a day The last I heard from the seller, I was informed that the parcel was in UK on the 8th of August 2012

I was told to track the parcel via Parcel Force. I ran a search the sellers email address in Google only to discover forums where many people have been scammed in a similar manner.

I contacted Visa who informed me to contact my bank, who would be able to resolve the matter as there is no proof that the transaction was a sales transaction, and that the transaction took place between me and the seller, a statement which is totally unfounded and groundless as the invoices and all the documentaion evidence i have in addition to the evidence of communication between myself and the seller proves otherwise.

My bank informed me that they could not do anything as the transaction made was an urgent transfer. Whether its an urgent transfer or not, my bank should have been willing to help in this matter, as I trusted them thinking if I make a bank transfer instead of sending money via western union I will be able to get a chargeback if a fraud does occur. My bank informed me to contact Visa. I am currently running around in circles! Visa telling me to get in touch with my local branch, and my NatWest telling me to get in touch with visa! Had I have known the bank would remain impotent in aiding me, I would have just used Western Union and saved myself on expensive transfer fees!

I then finally received my order on the 18th of September 2012 via parcel force,i had told the seller I will be taking the matter further if she does not get back to me to let me know if she had posted it off and if she had where it was, so either she THEN sent out the parcel or it took more than 2 months in receiving it only to find a small box which said mp3's on the invoice. I opened it to find,42 mp3's that were completely different to what I had placed an order for, except 2 out of the 42 but they were only 2GB and not 8GB for which I had made payment for Also the mp3 itself literally look like small plastic toys- absolutely gutted!, From what I can confirm I think it is a toy, a tiny led red light shows up but you cant seem to put any music into it or anything when plugging it into the pc,and some of them the usb cable that comes with it, the sizing isnt even right for it to plug into the player. I paid for 300 mp4's and received only 42 mp3s that I had not even placed an order for with 45 chargers and that too that you cannot use in the Uk unless you purchase an additional adapter.

I will be very greatful if you could give me some advice and contact detials on anyone who willing to help me get my money back,as i am financially struggling as it is and for this to happen to me has really set me back,as i had borrowed the money off someone ,and now having to give that amount of money out of my own pocket has broken me.
