I ordered a pair or shoes on Rios shoes.com and they never arrived. I waited, i emailed them 4 times. No response. I received a cleaning sponge in the mail the other day, had no idea who it was from. I had to sign for the parcel. We thought it was really strange. Now i realise it was from the shoe people after reading other peoples complaints. Very dodgy!
