I ordered a pair of shoes and even though the funds came out of my paypal account the next day, the website still says my order is processing, and there is no way to get a hold of these guys except through email, which they have YET to answer. I emailed them 3 times. No word on when I would receive the shoes or anything.

- Hi. They just did the same thing to me. Took my money via paypal and would not respond to my emails. I just got off the phone with paypal and filed a dispute. If they don't respond to paypal in 10 days with a tracking number for shipment, paypal will refund my money on the 11th day. If you have not called paypal, call and file a complaint and dispute. Pam, they will send you something so they will have a tracking number for PayPal, but it will NOT be what you ordered. There are other posts on this site saying they sent them things like a mosquito bracelet or a cheap plastic shower cap -- this is how they get around the procedures. DO NOT close your claim just because you get a tracking number, OK? Wait and see if you get what you ordered.
Good luck to ya, girl. It ticks me off that there are people out there that do this kind of crap, but it ticks me off even more that I fell for it.

- Kim, Thanks for the information. I called paypal back and they told me that if that happens, that I will still get my refund...I hope so. What pisses me off is that this has happened before and paypal must be aware of it. They should shutdown that sites paypal account so that others don't have the same thing happen to them. Lesson learned..the pricing was too good. Hope it works out for you!
