We placed an online order from www.rosettastoneincheap.com for a French course in September 2012.
Was charged $173.10 CAD on Sept 7 on our visa.
Received a box by EMS courier, it seemed legit at first, but when it came time to activate it online, Rosetta Stone could not recognize the activation code from that box.
They say we must have bought it from an unauthorized dealer and to contact our credit card company for a refund!
