I discontinued my services with DIRECT TV on 4-18-2012 and on 5-7-2012 I made a card purchase payment in the amount of $127.18 for which left me with a zero balance. However,on 8-17-2012 my account was debited $1,066.91 without consent or authorization by me. I called the finance department several times to no avail. The bank(Region Bank) issued me all the necessary paperwork that was required by DIRECT TV,and the bank faxed DIRECT TV(1-800-580-2148) all the necessary paperwork that they asked for, again to no avail, that was on 9-5-12. Since then I have personally talk to and faxed over all the necessary paperwork to DIRECT TV three additional times, again to no avail. They keep claiming to have not received any of the faxes, and refuse to allow me to talk to the Finance Department. I'am getting the run around. Please assist me in this matter.Thank you in advance for any assistance from your office. Amin Talib
