I purchased 4 Ton Bryant Heat Pump. Signed contract 9-17-12 Installed 9-19-12..Job is not complete due to a shield not being installed.
I was to gt 2 rebates. One from Progress Energy and one from Bryant Company. The dealer did not file a permit so Progress Energy denied rebate.
Dealer will not furnish me with a HVACpin# necessary to receive the Bryant rebate. Called 3 times and will not get back to me. Today, they do not answer the phone probably because of my ID. This purchase is financed (interest free) thru GE Capitol and have been paid ..Need advice Thank You.
