In march 2008, i was searching for a new vehicle.due to a low credit score, I was unable to get financing through regular means, E.I., Honda Canada.
This company said through their financing company, with 25% down, they would still sell me the vehicle.
Also, by paying, they would report to the credit bureau so i could rebuild my credit.
We originally received one price, but...,when signing final bill for the used vehicle, i also never noticed, but the original sale price had been changed but was never told.
I assumed it was all the same as to what we agreed to.
After almost 5 years of paying, and never missing a payment, I went to get a mortgage and it was denied due to having no credit.
I just recently found out, they lied to me! My wife and I called and visited the dealer to get answers. All we got was the typical: "We dont know why someone would tell you that!" "Oh, Well the originial price was changed because of these problems we ran into..." Oh, I don't know why you signed if the price changed with out you knowing?" It's not our problem, here's your signature1"
"Here's the finance companies phone number, we have nothing to do with it!"
We talked to the finance company, they do not report to the credit bureau nor do they issue letters to any potential creditors.
All these years of paying to re-establish credit was all for nothing.
Do not by a vehicle from this company!
