I sent for this companys Operation Millionaire Manual, to review. I sent it back to them within their specified time frame, back in the month of April of 2012, by USP Service. What this LMI failed to realize was: I had a tracking number so I would know when it arrived.

However, on Sept 17th LMI Direct, LLC also operating under Operation Business Course, made a charge to my credit card in the amount of $59.95. I Immediately called Visa and they are now disputing the charges, so I could get my money back. I personally got in touch with LMI spoke to one of their operators in customer service, and by the sound of this it appears that LMI Direct is using an overseas call center to do their dirty work for them. The operator who handled my call confirmed to me, that LMI Direct should not of put through a charge to my credit card, as they did receive my manual on time, and in excellent condition.

I then asked the operator for a full refund and she promsied to give the information to the accounting department for a refund. But it didn't end there.

On Sept 27th LMI Direct, LLC made another charge to credit card in the amount of $299.95? I then took it up with my bank's visa department, and this time I decided to get the Police, FBI, and my attorney involved. And believe me the owners and its operators will have their day in court, and Justice will prevail. So this is a warning to all consumers not to purchase any material from LMI Direct or Operation Millionaire.
