International boundaries

I believed this company was a government sponsored agency which would assist in expediting renewal of my passport. Instead they took my credit card payment and directed me to the actual government agency that issues the passport. They even concocted a false itinerary of travel even though I told them I only wanted the passport to travel to Mexico during the winter months. It should NOT be listed on the Application--it is deceiving to customers.
