I too, fell prey to this SCAM. I was reading an article on the internet about using AuraVie and Kollagen together to achieve results you would normally get with Botox. I specifically remember paying attention to see if there was an auto-renew for both "free trials" (because let's be honest, nothing is free....). Kollagen's terms were clear and they even included this language (and the number to call to cancel) in a brochure in the box. I never saw AuraVie's terms nor were they in the email confirmation or on the packing slip included in the box. They are only on the screen where you enter your credit card information (I NEVER saw this). I got emailed the same link others have mentioned when I called to contest this. I have HIGH doubts this is the same page you hit when you're actually ordering especially if hitting their site from an article. I called in twice and spoke to never-so-helpful reps where I was told I needed to be more careful when entering my credit card information online and that if I disputed, I would lose. I was offered a $30 refund that was contingent on sending an email stating "I, (name), on the grounds of this $30 refund have not nor will not be disputing the existing charges." I plan to dispute with my credit card and take the risk of losing $100 vs. selling out for a $30 refund when this is absolutely misleading marketing and advertising! Totally shady and I am shocked they are still in business. It's about principle at this point!
