These people are in with other companies such as NuBrillance Microderm abrasion machine, Meaningful beauty, and I am sure others. When you order their product(NuBrillance,Meaningful Beauty) they tell you that you will receive "OFFERS" from other people and can join if you want after receiving them and look them over, then when you cancle and return the products, the SEM BUDGET SAVER people take money from your credit card or bank account (which ever one you ordered the product with) without your permission or signing up for anything.
