I had enquired about a loan , 3/4 weeks back, then delated my details with them, then on the 26th of august i came to get my money out of my bank account, and £37.50 had be took out?? this money was my benifit money for my 2 year old son, when i got on to the bank, the told me it had been took by merlin money??? and was still pending so they could not return it to me and to get on to them, they have no phone number, so i sent e-mailand heard nothing?? tyhis being bank hoilday week-end i have been left with no money??? and nothing for my son, have had to rely on relatives.
iv have had nothing off merlin and when i so in there small print that they charged for finding a lender, cancel everything but they cant have this as been took out wrong and i want it back, they say on there site you have to write to them for any refunds WHY??? they just take it off my card details so they should be made to put it back in my account , not for me to write and wait 30 days to hopefuly get back they are rip- offs we could all be rich if we where allowed to do this
